The Sarett team is led by President Chuck Johnson, and is a network comprised of innovative individuals that have deep experience in start-up businesses. Chuck founded Sarett Consulting with years of operational and financial experience in start-up and early stage companies. About the same time that Chuck founded Sarett Consulting, he also co-founded The FeedRoom, Inc. with Jon Klein (currently President of cable news powerhouse CNN/US). The FeedRoom is now the leading provider of white-label Internet Video applications and services to the corporate / enterprise market. Chuck has served in a strategic advisory capacity to FeedRoom through the years, and has also served operational stints as CFO and Senior Vice President, Business and Corporate Development.

Chuck also served as Chief Financial Officer / Senior Vice President Finance, Information Systems and Administration for Knowledge Alliance Holdings, Inc., a technical training and consulting company with operations throughout the United States and Canada. During his tenure at KAH, the Company experienced annual revenue growth from roughly $12 million to over $40 million through a combination of internal growth and an aggressive acquisition strategy.

As COO and CFO of start-up BondNet Trading Systems, Inc., the first interactive trading system created for the fixed-income markets, Chuck worked with founder and CEO Gordon Henderson, often referred to as the father of electronic bond trading. The Company was successfully sold to The Bank of New York in 1997.

Chuck received his B.S. in Business Administration from California State University - Los Angeles and attained his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
